All goods are delivered by reputable courier services. One can view the shipping charges to different regions for each item by clicking on +shipping charges next to the price of the product. The total delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, where you can view the final cost of your order before entering any personal information.
It is recommended to provide a delivery address that will be attended during business hours. As a guide only, our courier partners attempt to deliver between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a guaranteed precise time of the day for delivery.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all goods. While our freight partners make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We will not be held liable for any loss of production or business resulting from late delivery. If you have not received your order 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com and we will trace it for you.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion.
